Friday Lunch service at the ESK Hub : super busy service with loads of customers and very demanding today. Our usual soldiers Jo and Steph were kept on their toes in both the service area and kitchen. Jo was in despite not feeling great today : real trooper !!!Steph was in the kitchen since the morning and plating with the kitchen crew. Butternut squash soup followed by chicken served with vegetables and gravy, veggie fritas with vegetables and salad for the vegetarians. Finished with apple struddle and ice cream, peaches or pineapple with ice cream. Steph had to deal with 2 drunk customers and had to escort them out of the building as they were not respecting the team, the other customers and started to fight with each other.
