For this week's virtual workout we had a floor based session which involved a lot of lying down but that didn't mean it was easy!
We did 5 sets which each involved an exercise on our front, right side, back and left side to get some all over body burn!
If you fancy trying it at home here's what we got up to:
Set 1:
Front - Bird Dog
Side - Straight Leg Raise (right)
Back - Slow Sit Up
Side - Straight Leg Raise (left)
Set 2:
Front - Plank
Side - Clams (right)
Back - Leg Raises
Side - Clams (left)
Set 3:
Front - High plank to low plank
Side - Runner Ups (right)
Back - Bridges
Side - Runner Ups (left)
Set 4:
Front - Shoulder tap plank
Side - Side plank (right)
Back - Bicycle crunches
Side - Side plank (left)
Set 5:
Front - Plank rocks
Side - Side Crunches (right)
Back - Flutter Kicks
