Report written by Elizabeth H
Catton Parkrun #328 started with a chilly wind around the park but 423 people braved it for the first Saturday of 2020. Bobby and I marshalled today, Bobby on the Hill and start of the slope, he was at the furthest point so I couldn’t see him but I know he was cheering each and every one of you, and I was Timekeeper. Coming through past the finish line for the first time there was a lot of new year nattering going on between participants obviously catching up on Christmas/new year goings on. There were lots of Parkrun Tourists today, and Parkrun milestone runs here plus over at Sloughbottom Parkrun our very own Goodgym Pete was completing his 50th parkrun, well done to you 🎈🎉. Well done all those Goodgym members running here today we had a good turn out. See you all Monday for our first Group Run of 2920

Hey Hayley myself and Rob Riley signed up to this but we were under the impression it was arranged for Eaton Parkrun? We went along and did Funnel volunteer roles this morning.
