Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Michael
What a day for a run, just he right weather as the skies cleared for the goodgym crew once more on their Tuesday.
First, a celebration as Andrew hits the 200 marker
We had some new people joining us tonight,
A hearty welcome to Kerry and Jake on their first group task with the wonderful goodgym. We hope to see you back for another soon.
Tonight we were heading out to the lovely Cwtch Together as they had put out the goodgym signal.
With the recent changes in weather the gardens had become very active, as had the children that come to enjoy the fun of the Charity. Our jobs, were as follows;
Su & Jake took to the DIY task of building the sand pit, so inside they went to decipher the very intense instructions. Andrew and Jihaad were feeling STRONG, so got those shovels and put those arms to work. What a work OUT! Imy and Kerry took to the floor, as they tidied and checked the fence, clearing all weeds and giving that lovely welcoming feeling to the site. Michael, as usual ran around photo happy, with a quick stop in the ball pit.
Our time always goes by so quickly when we visit Cwtch, time for a quick group photo before heading back a different way to end our Tuesday activity. Cake anyone? (Thanks to Imy for bringing the 200 cake for Andrew)
Join us next week if you can as we take on the Stargarallot challenge - sign up
