At last a dry Tuesday, but very chilly.....it may be time to find some gloves for the running!
10 goodgymers got together for our first poster dash, we had some simple posters made up to promote goodgym in Cardiff and the Vale, the task to get out and about, hit the bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. and get the posters on their community boards. We split into two groups, the walk / joggers - plus a cyclist and the long runners.
Aimee, Ellen and Peter made their way around the City Centre popping up posters as they went along.
Alice, Andrew, Llion, Michael, Sean, Shauny and Sophie headed out of the centre on a 7km loop hitting the supermarkets, corners shops, bars and restaurants, arts centre and a hospital too.
It was a very cold evening to be going around for over a hour, so thank you everyone that turned up tonight. You'll be glad to know that next week we are back to regular as we visit the wonderful Samye, so get yourself signed up here.
