5 Goodgymers returned to The Haven in north-east Bristol to help mulch a new area of the community garden.

Our task: cover a recently cleared land with cardboard and composted wood chip. Mel and Richard G lept onto the cardboarding task, quickly covering the remaining bare ground.

Alison, Matt and Richard B got on with the barrowing, mucking loads of the composted wood chipping (quality filth) into the wheelbarrows. A convoy circuit of barrows later and short work was made of the task.

This was Alison's 200th good deed, and so (hands washed) there was lovely lemon cakes to enjoy, job completed. Happy 200th Alison!
