StephDucat was early at the Friday Hub to see Angela in the kitchen. Chef and assistants missing today and alot of newbies in the house, which meant Steph was supervising some of the volunteers. As nobody was assigned to the tea station prep, Steph assisted to getting it ready on time and assigned tasks to volunteers. Prepared the dining area at the same time and ensuring all was setup with the snack plates, salt, sugar, cutlery etc....smashed it and all was ready for the tea service. Then a local hotel sent a chef and some volunteers: Steph jumped in to help Angela and the chef : did the desserts and prepared the drinks, potwash, plating area etc...we were ready way before 1pm. Whoop whoop. This was a speedy shift.
