11 runners gave it all they had at out Phone Number Lottery #GGfitnesschallenge! Awesome work!

Our challenge was to:

-Do squats corresponding to each number in your phone number!

-Do a crunch corresponding to each digit in your date of birth!

-Do a press-up corresponding to each digit in your address!

-Do as many burpees as you have done good deeds for the GoodGym!

-Do the same amount of triceps dips as you logged runs in April!

Rachel sent in a really funky collage of her smashing this session. As she has done 121 AMAZING GOOD DEEDS she had to be a bit creative with the burpees and did 1+21. Great work!

Wayne also had a very respectable amount of good deeds and did 43 burpees. Yay! Jo was very pleased she lives in house number 12 and Tom even more pleased with living in number 4!

Great effort everyone who took part! Next up we have an Artistic Run Challenge. I can't wait to see your Strava art! Sign up here

Keep running, keep your distances, keep smiling!
