Completed the Southsea Park route. Had a lovely chat and gentle jog as the sun was setting. Talking about hairy situations and feet with Chloeand Michelle.
Lucy s first run after 5 weeks post surgery. She still insist that we sprinted to the finish! 🥵
Followed by a stretch in the Rock Gardens.

This is part of our work to manage our churchyard in a more nature -friendly way, to increase biodiversity. The churchyard is often used by local dog walkers and is an oasis of green space in the area.
