The dining service started slowly. Roberta serving drinks and food while Steph was plating in the kitchen. Slow start then the storm hit the team as loads of hungry customers coming for food after waiting for their grocery bags. The team were then running like chickens in both serving area and the kitchen. The food was much appreciated and alot of praise towards the kitchen team. Then a small rush for takeaway food.
