An early start for Jane, Dave, Nia and I, but there was plenty to do before the runners were due to start passing through the Aid Station on Langstone Harbour.

There were sweets, biscuits, crisps, cola & shots of seasonal drinks to set out on easy-to-grab trays, as well as the more usual water and bananas for the runners.
