It was a total body blast today, with a high number of reps for short bursts of time. We really got our heart rates up and tested our stamina with exercises such as mountain climbers, press ups, power lunges and knee drives. If that wasn't enough, we topped the whole thing off with a five minute core session. Way to go gang!
