Sevan managed to make it to the early shift at Ealing Soup Kitchen today to help prepare the food and clothing for the clients rather than serving it. It was a varied shift where he:

• 📦 Unloaded boxes from Emma - the task owner's - car
• 🧴 Opened a beneficiary donation of 6 boxes from Savers to discover what was inside
• 🥘 Carried 6 giant trays of ready-to-cook mac 'n' cheese from the chef's car into the kitchen
• 🍓🧅🥓🍫 Brought in the City Harvest order
• 🛍️ Helped to prepare the usual 90 snack bags for the clients
• 👖 Laid out the men's trouser table by waist size
• 👕👔🩳 Filled the backup table of clothes
• 💪 Was drafted into being crowd control for the food queue
• 🦺 Handed over security duties to Kash...

A lot of fun during the last Monday session at Ealing Soup Kitchen session until mid-October. The hall will be closed for refurbishment for 4 weeks, so Ealing Soup Kitchen at this location will be taking a well earned break.
