Friday Hub lunch service and the Park Plaza Hotel Park Royal was volunteering and cooked food at the hotel then brought the food to ESK and served the guest. Steph was in the kitchen but at potwash and Jo was assigned to clothes then popped up in the kitchen to lend a hand before Angela came and brought her to be the book keeper and log the CD's and books that they lend out. Steph washed and dried pots, refilled the cutlery trays, refilled the coffee station with clean cups and gave a hand where needed in the kitchen. Menu was Tomato and basil soup with bread, lemon and thyme roast chicken with wedges and gravy, linguini ratatouille as vegetarian option followed by a lovely apple crumble with custard.
