A lovely chat over coffee and some breakfast following our junior parkrun volunteering covered a load of topics. And created a new nickname for Dave, now known as Precious Little Poppet!

And then the fun ends and the fit begins! Jen and I took a 3.5 mile loop around Old Portsmouth and a look at the ongoing sea defences. And got to see one of the new aircraft carriers.
