GoodGym Norwich stalwart Elizabeth embraced the sunshine to cheer on nearly 500 runners at the Spring Blickling Half Marathon.

Elizabeth was at mile 12 so her support and enthusiasm was crucial to get the runners through the last mile (which was nearly all up hill!).
