Start of 2nd shift from 1pm : usual duo of Jo and Steph who were both meant to be in the kitchen but again some shifting so Jo ended up in the clothing section and Steph was plating the food with Ruby. The Trilogy of the S : it could be Steph, service and shifting but it was in fact Soup, Secret Dessert and Sandwiches. Attack of the soup at ESK with the choice of a chicken soup or vegetable soup. Slices of pizza with home made fries including a side salad or vegetable stew. Then Secret 💥 won't tell you. Secret dessert : the recipe will remain a secret : cake with some yoghurt and the guests loved it. Sorry the volunteers loved it too. Then some of the meals were given out as take away. The last part of the S Trilogy : the return of rhe sandwiches for take away! Some roast chicken was also prepared in case we ran out of pizza which was the case. Jo joined the kitchen once the clothing slot finished.
