A gorgeous evening in East London for some goodgym goodness.

We do enjoy our visits to Cody Dock and catching up with Basia.

We got to welcome some of our neighbours this evening, Sarah Jane joined us from Redbridge,she was last at Cody Dock with us about 3 years ago so really noticed how much the dock had changed since then,Charlotte, Charlotte and Simon joined us from Tower Hamlets.

Watering and painting were the tasks for this evening Claudia and Charlotte headed off on watering duty.

The rest of us headed dock side and split into sanding and painting teams....Rosa was in charge of paining mixing/thinning duty (we are using a paint that needs a new batch has to be mixed and thinned for each use) ensuring we don't make to much and waste it.

Times goes so quick when you are having fun with your mates so 8 o'clock came round very quickly,goodbyes said and we headed off in our different directions home.

As 6 of is head in the same direction home via the river and a pub it would have been rude not to pop in for a beer and pizza!!!
