Unpack, pack and stack
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

Richard and I helped unpack the food delivery from the supermarket crates into the Food Bank crates; carry them into the church; and then pack it all onto the shelves. Lots of bending, lifting and stretching!
It's tidy and organised, ready for the Food Bank clients tomorrow.
