GoodGym is part of the Fratton community and we are recognised when we turn up at Kingston Rec.

"Are you the cleaners?", some kids said to Katie L when she arrived with her litter picker.

"We've got 3 plastic bottles. Will you take them for recycling?", asked a teenage girl.

The Rec was as well-used as ever this evening - a group shooting basketball hoops, lads playing football, kids in the play area and cycling over the mounds and appropriately-sized groups of chatting teenagers and friendly dog walkers.

10 of us litter-picked and cheered on the GGers doing their 1km time trial as they sped past.

And then there was India's divine cake to celebrate Val's 100th good deed - happy centenary, Val!

What a great way to end our evening... and in every single report about this park, I always have to say.... I LOVE KINGSTON REC!
