A fortnight had passed, which meant it was time for us to help out the local food banks again. Rachel kicked it off by dropping her loo roll donation. She was greeted by GG Kingston royalty, Petra & Marie Noelle, who were out helping at the Wimbledon Dons Action Group Food Bank donation stall. Legends!

I popped my donation of some jam and deodorant (not to be served together), but all I had was a giant orange collection box to greet me… yes, I’m taking it personally!

Helping local people in crisis

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
