Time to cook 🍳 🥗🍗 : StephDucat jumped into his next task as was helping in the kitchen. Sorted the cutlery for the tables, drinks for Sonna who was on drinks service then started serving food with the team. Loaded falafel mini burgers on trays for our guests. Steph was dressing the plates with chicken or veggie sausages, loads of freshly made mashed potatoes then passed the plates to both Marie and Pamela who put the vegetables, garlic bread and gravy for those who ordered chicken. Deserts started flying out too : Pamela and Steph did bowls of fresh fruit salad, sponge cakes and some chocolate cakes. Then it was time to prepare the takeaway dishes and hand out sandwiches. The team (s)mashed it. Have to say we had loads of mash and the portions were enormous.
