" But don't we Run for Fun"

Quote of night from James!

A big well done to GoodGym members, who ran 8km in total. 4km to Brockhill and back. The pace is increasing and it's great to see an improvement in everyone's fitness!

We arrived at Brockhill Care Home, this week we changed colour from pink paint to white paint. We apologise for the mess Wayne may have left behind! We can't take him anywhere ;) Brockhill is such a great place for a group run, they are always so grateful and friendly. The run is a great distance, especially those who are beginners at running. With the conversation mainly about food and the smell of food and what to have for dinner on the way back, you could tell it was past everyone's dinner time.

Next week

We are heading in the same direction - we will be at Beaufort Primary School. Meeting at WWF! On a good note - we will not be painting fencing! We are instead getting busy with a bush and weeds!
