I love spontaneity and fun.
Rosie joined us having moved to Colchester from Norwich and we welcomed some Brent tourists to the show! We did a little unplanned strength and flexibility work...I also love say ping Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. Hope the hamstrings feel good.
