Helen Brett completed their first run in a new area.
Curious? Helen has just run their first session in another area. For that explorative spirit Helen is awarded the scout badge. A Scout is trustworthy

Tonight's task involved a 9km round trip to Break Charity to pack some Easter Fundraising Hampers. A big thanks to Dave Tuthill for helping organise this one.
No new runners or milestones this week but plenty of GoodGymers either did the Ringland or Cambridge Half Marathons the day before with Brad and Michelle still coming out this evening. Both also got Half Marathon PB's round of applause.
Cheska was backrunner this week and Michelle on photo duties.
After the warm up inside The Forum, which caused mixed opinions ;-) as not everyone was keen on frog jumps and bear crawls we set off on our way.
On arrival a few GoodGymers met us there plus we picked Sophie up halfway. All of the items were set out along tables so we could get a production line on the go. One group were laying hay in the baskets, then they went along the line to have items added such as chocolate eggs (big and small), chocolate hens, bunny ears, a cuddly bunny (which Emily really wanted one of), tea towels, popcorn, a GoGoHare badge and Easter eggs.
We got 33-34 hampers packed in the time we were there. Each one will get sold for £80-£100. I think being able to nibble on some of the broken chocolate eggs helped us keep the tempo up.
It was then time to head back but it went really quickly after we were all chatting away to each other plus it was downhill most of the way back.
Next week we're visiting The Feed.

30 GoodGymers turned out on an ice cold evening to help out the Norwich Food Bank.
A big welcome to Helen, Elliott and Magdalene on their 1st GoodGym outings... the ITV News appearance last week has definitely been a good promotion.
Dave T and Ali were participating in their 10th good deeds.
We did a catch up from the weekends racing where several members took part in the Freethorpe 10-miler and Kevin B did an ultra marathon (48 miles!!!)
I did the warm up indoors, I'm pretty sure everyone said they enjoyed the wheelbarrow, or not ;-)
So off we headed to the Norwich Foodbank, Keith met us on arrival and soon had the team split into groups to target certain areas of donations in the warehouse, which included weighing new items, sorting through old Xmas items, transferring tins to stronger crates and sorting through other crates of donations.
As always, the group got stuck in and made the most of the space they had to use, getting in flow straight away.
Yet again we made a big contribution to a fantastic organisation, who really do value our support. A task well worth doing.
Katy led the group back to The Forum and we all finished with a nice stretch in the warm.
Check out the Group Runs page for any Community Missions taking place this weekend.
Next Monday we're visiting The Hamlet Charity.

Fourteen FANTASTIC @GGSheff runners ran 4KM and carried countless dusty tables and chairs up three flights of ancient stairs to assist in bringing the Abbeydale Picture House back to it's former glory for the benefit of the local community.
After running 2KM to the venue we met NOTORIOUS NICK and SENSATIONAL STEVE who gave us an excellent explanation of the work that CADS are doing to bring the Abbeydale Picture House back into use with community events, art exhibitions, flea markets, studio space and more!
Following forty minutes of carrying tables and chairs up the creaking stairs we took to CENTER STAGE for the fitness performance of our lives! To a roaring audience of zero we;
*SQUATTED *LUNGED *180'D *BURPED *CLIMBED MOUNTAINS *DUCK WALKED *PRESSED UP *TRI-DIPPED - TO SOME DUBIOUS BACKING SOUNDS
Nothing wrong with a bit of squeaky furniture and some heavy breathing!
Finally we relayed our way around the sensational stalls and exited stage rear for some refreshments, before heading back to base on an alternative route and took in the local 50M athletics track to get some final sprints in before we stretched off.
With a lot more lifting and shifting still to be done I am sure we will return again for a repeat performance! Take a look at the before and after photos to see what an impact we can have in such a small apace of time!
GREAT EFFORT @GGSheff!
Next week we are off to a new task location with THE BEST NIGHT TIME CITY VIEWS OF THE STEEL CITY to help FRIENDS OF SHEAF VALLEY PARK
