Boy was it freezing today but that didn't stop 12 GoodGym members from helping to get food to the community
Here's how it went down:
- Liv was at the centre early, helping to make up the parcels and split the food between the boxes for delivery
- Tom, Harvey & Annette took on a big delivery as a cycling team this week - team work right there
- Our drivers this week were Caz, Muhammad, Mike, Milly, Kay, Edward, Samar & Navjeet - Without them this task isn't possible so please go give them all a massive cheer for coming out on their lunch breaks to deliver these essential parcels!

Thursday is EAP day!
9 runners / cyclists / drivers covered many miles over the borough to deliver specially created food parcels to 12 families identified as in need. A worthy task indeed!
The sunshine surprise was a welcome bonus!

This week we had a small and mighty team of 6 out to deliver food parcels around Ealing.
Here's how it went down:
- Tom and Harvey teamed up on their bikes
- Lauriane helped with this task for the first time and we were delighted to send her on two wheels to Acton
- Clare made time in her busy day for a local drop and we were so grateful to have her help
- Samar was a superstar and took on deliveries to three households
- Kay also saved the day by doing to drops
This tasks really makes a HUGE difference to families all across Ealing, excellent work GoodGym team!
