Mr T needed help with returning a parcel so I made a quick trip from his home to the nearest Post Office, then back again to give him the receipt. Now he's happy that his broadband equipment will get back to the supplier in time for him to get his refund before Christmas.

Proving that it's easy to represent all five major food groups in a meat-free planet-friendly shopping basket, Mr V's list of requests this morning included plenty of fresh fruit and veg, yoghurts, and a wholegrain loaf - seeded for extra protein and healthy fats. There's a supermarket close to his home, as well as grocery stalls where I found beetroots and pumpkin, so all in all it was a quick task to help re-fill the fridge for nourishing meals ahead.

Crystal Palace Report written by Mark Gilyead (he/him)
How many GoodGymers does it take to put in a few hundred bulbs? Only 4 apparently.
After a short jog we arrived in a dark Cator Park where Millie and Linda had hundreds of bulbs ready to go underground.
Linda showed us the best technique and we got to work, losing holes in the darkness and having a nice chat.
Doing it at night means the squirrels can't see where to dig them up - perfect.
After emptying a couple of huge sacks of daffs and tulips and some other ones too, we called it a night.
Top stuff.
