364 people attended today with myself the only Goodgymer volunteering. Robert O, Roisin & Kathryn running the course which unfortunately saw 2 people loosing their footing in the woods. Luckily swift action by the Marshal close by saw the RD & 3 others rushing in with first aid equipment & knowledge to assist. Core team members took over the RD role so everything was covered. An eventful morning hopefully everyone was ok. I didn’t stay as I had to be T Mousehold Heath for a Goodgym task at 10.30

Into the woods was my position today thank goodness I had layers on it was cooler in there. Lots of parkrun first timers & those new to Catton, lovely to see. A few more walkers as well, unfortunately some runners recovering from injuries, fighting their way through it by walking this lovely course. Lots of Goodgymers here, Robert O, Alina, Roisin, Kathryn, well done everyone . My coffee treat at the end, 😋

Entering the park today, through the mist, presented a wonderful picture to start the day. 399 people felt the same as they made their way around this 5K course. I was Tailwalker so just about saw everyone ahead through that pesky mist which didn’t clear until I was walking home T 10.45! Goodgymers running today, Kathryn, Susanna, Roisin, Alina & Robert O.
