6 All action GoodGymers crushed 60 minutes of Fitness 4 All action in Tower Hamlets!
The third week of our Tower Hamlets sessions brought bright sunshine and a serious amount of conditioning!!
Starting with a game of 1 leg balancing throw and catch to switch out proprioceptive muscles on and activating of core running muscles with a few well placed leg swings.
We hit some tough static CV sequences flipping between a variety of heart pumping exercises for 2 minutes with 1 minutes rest then crushing it again! 6 minutes had us primed for the first of our relay shuttles!
Bear crawling shuttles mixed in with some speedy running upper the tempo of the evening even further!!
After a few penalty press ups we got into a game of team planking with multiple high fives, fist bumps and hand shakes!! Super setting out planks with some hamstring contracting bridges with a few added variations.
To finish off we got down to some super speedy side skipping and sprint relay running with our final effort coming down to a photo finish!!
Great effort tonight team and hope to see you all again for a bit more technical running next week!

9 Fitness Friends conquered 60 minutes of Running specific Exercises in Fitness 4 All- Tower Hamlets.
Great to have so many GoodGym newbies to the party! Hope this evening was the first of many GoodGym sessions!
Keeping a high variation in exercises to keep us on our toes starting with a real balance focused dynamic warm up to get our muscles firing and joining mobile.
Before a strong lower body strength routine lunging our way around the world to glory!
Then we moved into a sequence of form developing and conditioning running drills. Then skipped into 5 minutes of paired controlled running to raise our pulses a little further! High fives in full effect, knees driving, high hips saw is running through the gears really strongly!
To break the two running phases up we hit 10 minutes on serious core conditioning, planking and raising the bar to a stronger more robust physique!
To finish a top 60 minutes of exercise action we dominated some powerful stride outs before stretching out and heading home with a job very well done!!
