Today's Northala juniors parkrun brought us lots of interesting things! - Harvey's 400th good deed, woohoo!

• 18 brave little runners doing their best

• freezing hands

• plenty of puddles

• Pudsey Bear ears

• Sevan and Kash both doing the timekeeping for the first time, the first one even without messing it up!

It was a long run to Northala for some of us on a Sunday morning but absolutely worth it, to see the kids' competitive spirit and excitement!

A strong field of young people today, including some very speedy athletes looking to achieve qualifying times for future races. But everyone is welcome at Junior Parkrun and we had a great group reflecting all ages and abilities. GoodGym's Jenny has become a regular volunteer at Northala Juniors, which is great to see. We'll be back again soon!

A lovely morning for helping out at Northala Juniors. We three GoodGymers turned up, took up our positions on the route, and clapped and cheered! The young people ran their two laps, some with vigour, some less so, but they came, and they ran, and that's brilliant! We'll be back next month for our regular visit to this Junior Parkrun, that's for sure!

Four of Good Gym members helped in organising Northalafields Juniors Parkrun this morning. We also managed to run, jog or walk on our way to or from Northalafields. Well done everyone 👏
