Todays session saw us take a brisk walk around Pimlico to get our pulses raised! We added in a some dynamic exercises to improve our range of movement before a series of static stretches rounded off the session.
Table tennis was the battle today! 40 minutes of top spinning action before a 1k walk to Victoria finished off a super productive series of sessions!!

Visiting a local gardens we powered through some speedy laps of the park racking up 4000 steps in an hour of top activity.

The main portion of the sessin focused on nutrition and when in the best way to structure meal times to help with staying healthy, feeling full of energy and staying trim.

The main portion of todays session was in Battersea Park where we practiced our footballing penalty technique and worked on our coordination with some throwing and catching.
