Todays session saw us take a brisk walk around Pimlico to get our pulses raised! We added in a some dynamic exercises to improve our range of movement before a series of static stretches rounded off the session.
The main portion of the sessin focused on nutrition and when in the best way to structure meal times to help with staying healthy, feeling full of energy and staying trim.
