Mr G’s shopping mission was a breeze because this genius collects the actual food labels he wants shopped for, and provides the Good Gym volunteers with a shopping fan of🪭 labels that can be matched, compared and/or shown to supermarket staff so easily, when trying to find something.

A really pleasant and straight forward mission! I am now a fan 🪭 of Mr G and have been thoroughly spoilt by his creative visual shopping invention.

Friday Hub at ESK and 2 goodgymers went for the 1st shift. As usual Steph was in earlier to help as Stephen was away and ESK needed someone for the deliveries and setting up. So alot of lifting, shifting and carrying around. Bagging up bags for the grocery and snack bags with a small twist as we had some pumpkins to cut to give out. Steph going to the local shop to collect the massive box of bananas that were given to ESK.No gym session needed after all this.
