On Thursday - we got our running shoes on and ran 5km to help the community of Splott with litter picking.

We went 2.5km each way from Pen-Y-Lan library and managed to FILL 2 bags before we had to go home - which was in 20 minutes.

I'm urging everyone go get there and do a bit of litter picking - there was just too much for the 4 of us to handle.

Mikey and Pete even went on to run a half marathon! But there was energy all night from every member - especially Sophie and Ted!

We can't wait to get back out there and do some more litter picking.
