Continuing the theme of this week's Group Run we returned in daylight to finish off the planting of the two hedgerow sections in the riverside green space on the A6.

Martin got there early and did a quick litter pick of the area, collecting two bags full and a kettle!

We had to clear the spring weeds that were sprouting and then put in a load of hawthorn trees. Give it a couple of years and we'll have a nice hedge growing!
