I was meant to be in the men's race today, but unable to due to hamstring injury, so instead got my fix by helping the event to run smoothly.

I was on marshal point 11, for each of the 3, 2-lap races which meant I had to direct the runners either onward to their 2nd lap or to the finish funnel if they were finishing.

Woking AC did a great job putting together both a competitive men's and ladies team and the mudfest event was really fun, with amazing performances.
