It was pretty much what it said on the tin for our fitness session today - twenty exercises, twenty minutes, no break.
To make it slightly more manageable, we alternated high intensity cardio with conditioning exercises for our active recovery, but it was still a tough challenge.
Well done to everybody for smashing it as always. Happy Saturday to you all!
