Ted added yet another good deed to his total so far for this year's January ! Now into double digits, he's definitely pulled out in front, with the closest runners a good 3-4 deeds behind.
Will he finish in the top spot by the end of the month? Will he get pipped to the post by an ambitious good-deed doer? Will he run out of steam and shudder to a halt before he gets the good?
We'll all just have to wait and see!

The event takes place at Tremorfa Park, Hind Close, Pengam Green, Cardiff, CF24 2HF. See Course page for more details. What does it cost to join in? Nothing - it's free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time. How fast do I have to be? We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Tremorfa parkrun needs you!
