Fight the urge to stay inside in cold, dark January and get productive. Go on a solo litter pick (or even better, take friends or kids!), see what rubbish you can find and get your local area looking lovely. Go up and down your street or pop to the local park - whatever gets you out and about.

Don’t forget to Strava your walk so that it counts for the January Challenge!

Send me any pics via WhatsApp and I'll upload for the report.

How are you getting there?
