A bit of drizzle and a sea breeze didn't put off the GoodGym running group. We had to be there to wish Rosie well for her upcoming nuptials!

She was suitably dressed with a lovely veil 👰 which she impressively managed to keep in situ throughout the whole run. Kat provided the flowers with a lei and some floral leggings and Maura wore something new.

Geraldine joined us for her first training session and hopefully not her last!

We took the beach option again tonight to strengthen up the legs with Jo taking the role of back marker and Tony running a time trial to the ferry and back. He picked up Lynn on his way back too. Kat showed us a cut through to the muddy beach and we chatted about sunrise and sunset runs... A training session for the winter solstice for sure!

Afterwards we stopped off for coffees and hot chocolates to warm up and hear about Rosie's travel plans. Jen also hot footed it down from St Faith's to join us.

Next week we're meeting at the other end of the city... Hilsea Lido. Hope to see you there.
