It was a good chance to catch up and find out how everyone's morning run/walk had gone. Angela had done laps of the common to make up a 10 miler with plans to do the Common half, marathon and ultra in the future; Louisa had run her 2.6 miles for Tim's marathon challenge in a good sub 10min/mile pace; Mel's strava had failed :(
We'd all fueled up with some breakfast afterwards although Sarah did bring her Shreddies on to the call & there were lots of large mugs of tea / coffee being drunk, as is tradition on a Saturday morning
We heard about everything from hamster obstacle courses to Mr Potato Head collections to DIY facemasks, flour stocks in the local shops and vegetable deliveries. We definitely know how to cover a lot of topics!
It was lovely to see everyone's smiling faces :) hope the rest of the weekend was just as good.
