350 turned out on a very warm morning, I know exactly as I was Tailwalker so came in last past the finish line. Today 2 Goodgymers were volunteering the other being Ralph-but Robert, Maddy, Roisin & Susanna ran the course. Well done everyone A shoutout to Norwich Parkrun celebrating their #600th parkrun today, a number of Goodgym members ran it today. A band played and The Lord Mayor of Norwich was Tailwalker in full costume.
