Goodgym Caerdydd yn cyfarfod yng nghysgod mawreddog Eglwys Dewi Sant.

Goodgym Cardiff meet in the shadow of the grand Eglwys Dewi Sant. A Welsh language church in the city centre. Despite its grandeur, the area surrounding it is prime for a litter pick, as shown by Lucy, Michael and Nathan , who met before the main Goodgym group run and collected 2 bags of rubbish within half an hour.

Dau fag llawn mewn hanner awr!

January Challenge rubbish bag tally - 18 bags
