We had to hold on tight to our litter bags to avoid the rubbish blowing straight back out after we'd picked it!

We cleaned the small sections of beach from the Hoverport to the new sea defences, finding all the usual beer bottle caps, straws and cigarette ends, as well as fishing line, rope and plastic twisted into the seaweed.

Welcome to Lisa, who enjoyed her first ever beach clean, and it was lovely to see Felix's enthusiasm for helping Nick with his litter picker.
