A lovely sunny Sunday morning for six GoodGymmers to help out at our local junior parkrun.

We were warmly welcomed and given our hi-vis and an induction, with some very helpful lanyards complete with job roles for the morning!

As Maxine, Jo and Angela headed off to their gate marshal duties, Rosie prepared for barcode scanning, Maura was on finish line funnel duty and Katie bravely took on the timekeeper role.

Before we knew it the little ones were off, speeding around the course.

It wouldn’t be a GoodGym mission without a cuppa afterwards so we popped across the road to a local cafe for coffee and juice before heading off to enjoy the rest of our Sundays.
