Six GoodGym volunteers joined a group of local activists for a packed morning of gardening and litter picking at the Cricklewood Millennium Green. It was a glorious sunny day and everyone was itching to leave the lockdown blues behind. We received a warm welcome from the Geen's trustees and volunteers, who have a shed-load of implements. A whole load of plants donated by the local B&Q were produced and we set to digging. It was hard work on hard ground, but we made good progress and left looking better than when we arrived. There is plenty more work to do and we look forward to helping the Millennium Green volunteers make their space even more attractive and welcoming. Special mention to Claudia, who came despite being more than seven months pregnant! I guess we could saay that we were seven GG volunteers!
