First off, a massive welcome to Lulu who joins us at an unprecedentedly weird time! We look forward to meeting you in real life in the future!
This week's fitness challenge was a very PORTSMOUTH affair with a workout made up of exercises beginning with all the letters of Portsmouth. It was a case of doing it at your own time and own pace. I think we have a PT in training if you look at Sam being put through her paces.
Everyone complained about different exercises so I think that means I got the balance right! Ha ha.
Next week is a live workout broadcast by Sam, and then we have two strava challenges (other mapping tools accepted!) check out all the fitness session listings to find out what crazy things we've come up with. And don't forget you're welcome to join in with any other GoodGym area fitness sessions too.
Keep moving, it helps your mind as well as your body. And let me know if you have any requests or ideas for future fitness sessions during lockdown (or even afterwards!) Also let me know if I've missed anyone off the register!
