Two became three at 2pm : Jacquie was staying on with Steph and joined by Ijo with her 1st session at ESK. Jacquie moved to the clothing section that opened at 1pm, Ijo was helping out at the dining section and serving hungry guests while Steph Ducat was ensuring that the 2 queues were respected for the clothes and shoes : ladies and mens in separate typical British style queues. Ijo with the team served starters, mains and desserts with ease. Menu was composed of Courgette and Boursin Soup with Basil, followed by a choice of a Kofta Kebab in rich tomato sauce with pita bread(halal meat) or vegetarian lasagna with tzatziki salad and pita bread. Finishing with a chocolate roll with ice cream. Jacquie carried on until 3pm with the clothes, Steph at 2pm then started calling or shouting out the numbers for the grocery bags starting with 196 until 266....total of 70 parcels. A few customers came too late so had no numbers, but Arul said she will try to bag something up...2 extra bags done. Ijo was clearly also in her element serving food.
