It was a special Parkrun milestone morning for everyone’s favourite West London Geordie. Two Tonne Harvey as he shall now be fondly known - at least for a short time until H smashes his next PR or GG milestone - ran his 200th Parkrun at Osterley Park.

That’s 200 get up and go’s, at 100 different parkruns, at which Harvey has joined his fellow PR’s in all weathers and made it look easy to boot.

Along with Kash, Sevan, Divya and me, Harvey also racked up another volunteering sesh, barcode scanning once he’d finished the race.

We were joined by Chris and Tish, on their first Osterley Parkrun. The glorious bright morning and slightly more mild tempreture made for a lovely start to the weekend.

Well done H you are a true inspiration with your commitment to running and your community. Here’s to the next!
