It was great to meet 4 other members of GoodGym Woking who braved the cold weather and some ice to cheer the local junior parkrunners. We were impressed to note the high numbers of enthusiastic children –and their parents- so keen to achieve the two loops. Well done Wayne for supporting your children! We were all assigned to a specific spot on the course but James did even better: Funnel Manager! -It meant that we could leave earlier than him though… ;) James was thrilled to hear that he will get a purple T-shirt once he has volunteered for parkrun 25 times! Not a medal, but still worth facing the frosty Sunday mornings.
